Hi,

Is it not possible to delete or deactivate a contract?

The reason why we want to deactivate it is because we dont want the contract to be in use anymore and that it doesnt pop up from the contract list when you create a new project.

Hi Phuong,

In the standard application, there is no status on a contract. There is a status on the related projects. If there are no projects having transactions, there will be no invoice proposals created.

You can use the Advanced query/sort form adding a join to the project table and set a filter on contracts having active projects only if you want to limit visibility on the Project contracts form. You can then use that query as Saved view.
