As a new Partner with Action Pack membership are we allowed to sell Business Central?

We are a new Partner in with Action Pack Membership what is the competencies requirements that qualify us to sell Business Central, it is very confusing after the partnership policy changes done this month so is there a step by step guide or roadmap to be authorized to sell Dynamics 365 Business Central.

In order to sell Business Central you have to contact a Microsoft license distributor in your area.

They will help you set up the necessary agreements to sell Business Central licenses.
