Hello,
I am running into an issue in my Dynamics instance where OneNote is not loading on my record. I had a few users test this out and it is loading successfully - so it appears that this is limited to specific users and not a OneNote configuration issue but maybe a sync issue? When I go to click on the OneNote tab on my Account form, it will say "Loading.." but the end result is the panel appearing blank without a link to a OneNote entry.
Any ideas on what may be happening or additional steps to take in order to resolve?
