Dynamic Reports- data not refresing for all users

I have a problem with refreshing data on reports that I pull from Advanced Find dynamically.  If I open and refresh the report the data updates but the same report that I send to another CRM user has problems with the data updating.  When they clear the security options it wipes out all the data on the dynamic worksheet and/or the PivoTable.  This did not use to be a problem and all of a sudden a couple of weeks ago reports that people have been refreshing does not appear to be retrieving the data from the server.  Any suggestions?

    Andria,

    Has someone modified security roles in any way?  Exports to Excel use what are called SQL Filtered Views which are controlled by CRM security.  If a user can't see the data suddenly, maybe their security role was modified in some way to restrict the data.

    That was the first thing I thought of as well but nothing changed on their security roles at all.  Below are a few other things that was suggested to troubleshoot but none of these worked either:

    1.       There computer settings in IE have been changed and they cannot auto login to CRM

    3.       There could be a cached Password for the CRM server under control panel /users/ advanced/manage .net passwords

    4.       They have turned off in Excel untrusted macros. 

     

               Maybe this will spark another idea.....appreciate the help :)
