CRM E-mail Subject Encoding

Hello,

Is it possible to configure Subject Encoding for outgoing e-mail messages in CRM 2013? I have several e-mail templates and most e-mails are encoded iso-8859-2, but there is one e-mail template where messages are encoded utf-8. I would like to have all messages encoded utf-8, because e-mail system of our client cutting Subjects encoded iso-8859-2.
We are using Server-side synchronization.
I have found KB Article where is describe this setting for CRM 3.0, but it is not working for CRM 2013.

    Thank you for your response. What Option from OrgDBOrgSettings tool can be used to set e-mail Subject encoding? I didn't find any settings related to encoding.

    Thank you for your reply . Please check if UR 2 for CRM online 2013 is Installed .

    You can download UR 2 from

    www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx  

    and to check what issues has been fixed, refer to

    support.microsoft.com/.../en-gb

    Thank your but link is related to encoding in Outlook and it is not applicable to CRM.

    I have found workaround to push CRM encode e-mail Subject in utf-8. I have added Unicode character which is not in iso-8859-2 to e-mail Subject and than CRM encode Subject in utf-8.
