HQ client error while request the worksheet 401

before few days ago I create a new store database from Hq manager and I check that every thing is working very fine but when I request 401 (request data upload) I am getting error  in store hq client. please help me to solve this problem. Thanks.

    Hi Shazeb.

    It's obvious you are missing some personalized RMS tables in the new store you have exported. From what I can see there are few Retail Realm add-ons installed in your stores. Talk to your Partner or the one who installed the add-ons. You will need to create this tables into your RMS SO Template database or recreate them "manually" in your exported database...

    Hi Antonijo,

    thanks for your kind support. It was really very help full for me. after Installing the RR RMS Utilities - Store All the errors gone just some are remain. which I am posting here. please see it and let me know, what I can do next.

    RMS/HQ errors will not be prefaced by "RR", so those are the RR Utilities looking for other tables too. You will need to ask your partner or RR which modules they refer to, one you have enabled and configured at HQ but not at the Store.

    As Michael is suggesting, you will have to talk to your partner to know all the modules that have been installed, on HQ and Store level. It's going to dificult to fix your problem without knowing everything that you need to install. Also, look into other stores you have, maybe you can get some addtional info from there...

    The problem is that you have already sync the new store with HQ, so probably is better not using this store until you fix all the problems you are getting in RMS HQ Client.

    Have you contected your RMS Partner??

    Actually all of these RR module errors I have worked with do not affect the standard RMS/HQ process. They may look alarming, but can be ignored if you do not immediately need the special info and/or process they are supposed to be effecting.

    You will need to stay connected with a Partner if you plan to use the Utilities because they have access to the RR service portal.

    You should be working with one in general anyway, even if on a per-incident basis. If you cannot or do not want to work with your original partner, then RR could recommend one in your area, with knowledge of your locality and industry.

    You want to make sure you renew your BREP or BRAP thru your Partner as well, because that way they can renew you thru RR and get you updates for the Utilities.

    I am form Saudi Arabia, Riyadh city. Ya I am sure the problem is with the table of RR utilities in database. Because every RR utilities need a licence key.

    Can any one tel me, If I will copy same table from another store database and copy in new database, it will solve the problem or there will some new problem raise?

    Don't think so, the Utility will be looking for a response every time that process runs.

    Email me and I will put you in contact with someone from RR for a recommendation.
