RE: HQ client error while request the worksheet 401
As Michael is suggesting, you will have to talk to your partner to know all the modules that have been installed, on HQ and Store level. It's going to dificult to fix your problem without knowing everything that you need to install. Also, look into other stores you have, maybe you can get some addtional info from there...
The problem is that you have already sync the new store with HQ, so probably is better not using this store until you fix all the problems you are getting in RMS HQ Client.
Have you contected your RMS Partner??
