Dear All,
We have Microsoft dynamics 2012 R3 CU 13.
The client on windows 7 works perfectly.. however the client on windows 10 hangs and goes to not responding state upon opening.. We tested with multiple systems and we have the same issue on all the Windows 10 systems.
Any expertise would be great.

Have you installed hotfix 3093274 that is mentioned in the system requirements document?
Windows 10 is supported with cumulative update 8 for AX 2012 R2 and cumulative update 9 for AX 2012 R3 with hotfix 3093274 (mbs2.microsoft.com/.../KBDisplay.aspx;en-us;3093274).

We are running on CU 13 and still facing the issue.
If we are already on 13, do we still need to apply 9 ?
Cumulative Updates are cumulative, so CU13 contains all CUs below it. But it's good to check if the mentioned hotfix was included in the later CUs (it was not part of CU9 based on the document).

Thank you for the reply. Is there a link we can download the hotfix? looked almost everywhere but no luck. when we go to a link to download, it always send us to the latest CU.
LCS Issue search is the place for finding and downloading hotfixes. If it's a kernel hotfix (I guess it is) you can only download a "cumulative" package since kernel hotfixes are always cumulative. You can't download a single kernel hotfix.
