How can i copy payment journal??

I think there is no standard function to do this.

The standard application supports this only in the sense 'copying = manual creation of a reversing entry'.
Why would you copy a payment journal?

I Need to copy because I have a lot of payments repeat every day for same vendors with a different amount

Don't you record invoices for those vendors?
If invoices are recorded you can create a new payment journal, run a payment proposal and select the invoices you want to pay before generating the payment file or check and posting the journal.
I cannot see that a copy functionality is needed for this.
