Working with AX2012 to do service.
we create a service order and this is reserving parts in our main warehouse. The parts are physical reserved.
Now the service technician take the parts on his truck and leave to the customer site. All the time the service tech is out on the road with the parts and it is still showing physical reserved against my main warehouse.
Do you have an idea on how we can manage that to differentiate the parts that are physically reserved and those that are on the road.
