Is universal resource scheduling available in the Customer Service application (on-premise)

Hi there, 

We'd like to use the Universal resource scheduling tool. We are on Customer Service Dynamics version 8.1. I can't figure out if upgrading to version 9 will make it available and how to do it. If we need the field services, how is that purchased in addition to our Customer Services?
