I would like to know whether, in MS CRM 5.0 trial version, tracking history w.r.t fields is possible or not.
Under opportunity page, I have enabled auditing option for a custom field. On publishing the changes, I have entered different value to the custom field (auditing enabled) and the changes i have made to the custom filed is not getting reflected in audit history.

I have the same question (0)I'm able to figure it on my own. I forgot to enable the organisation setting for auditing.
It is under settings - auditing - global audit settings - enable start auditing and the areas where you want to audit.
I thought it will be useful for new-bees like myself so sharing my experience.
