Email from SOP returned error

User received "An unknown error occurred" while attempting to send  a document in e-mail - what is this and how to fix?

    I've had this error a few times on users emailing SOP invoices in a batch.  This is probably a standard answer but I had the users logoff and shut down Windows.  I would double-check the network settings on restart then email previously emailed invoices in the batch.  

    I've never received a good answer on why we get "An unknown error occurred".
