Undo receipt: Remaining quantity must be equal to 16 in item ledger entries

Hi All
 
Is still possible to undo receipt for items that were shipped and later returned but the undo receipt is still returning this error message.

    You would need to change how the Item Ledger Entries are applied. It can be done through Application Worksheet (You can open it from Item Ledger Entries).
    You should un-apply the Shipment entry, and link the return with the Shipment, so that Your receipt hasn't got any entries applied and the Remaining Qty is in full.
