How to stop certain users from deleting released sales orders

Looking for a way to stop certain users from deleting released sales orders in BC. Other users can delete released sales orders because they are responsible enough. And all users can delete open sales orders.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi,

you can reach your goal by assigning Custom permissions (With security Filters to filter on records with a certain Status) to users or user groups.

BC Version 21 and later offer some help in preparing those permissions by excluding permissions in a set.
