click dimension upload mapping to contact entity

Hello

I am trying to extract all the document in CRM uploaded via click-dimensions into a SQL Server using Scribe. I haven't been able to figure out the mapping between them yet so any help is highly appreciated.

So far I know that the "contactid" in cdi_postedform entity is objectid in annotation entity.

If anyone could tell me the mapping between contactid in cdi_postedform to the contact entity, (it is not the contactid)it would be great!

I would suggest submitting this request also on the Click Dimensions web site, and possibly you might be able to get an answer from there:
