Set Regarding Default to Recent Opportunities for Outlook

Hi everyone,
I am sorry if this question was already answered. I am new to CRM.
I am currently using CRM 9.0 version. Currently in my outlook, set regarding is set default to Accounts. I want to change this default to "Recent Opportunities" when "Set Regarding" is clicked in outlook. Can you please provide me with detail steps if possible?

    Sorry, you can't default the Look For Opportunities since they appear Alphabetically and are set in the platform.

    You'll need to change it to Opportunities every time you track a new item.

    Can you share a screenshot of the place from where you clicked to get this popup? Sorry I don't have outlook client so unsure that if it is possible or not.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I am using outlook Client. Yes, I can select opportunities from "Look for". But, I want to set this default to "Opportunities".

    Hi,

    I don't think you can set the default view for set regarding, however users can select opportunities to set regarding. Can you share a screenshot please? Are you using App for Outlook or Outlook Client?
