Here's what's happening:
- Create an Appointment in Outlook.
- Set Regarding to a CRM Account.
- Wait for the Appointment to sync to CRM.
Then, when I look up the Appointment in one of the mobile apps, all the fields are locked. However I can edit in the web app.
- There is no JavaScript on this entity.
- There are no Business Rules on this entity.
- There are no custom plugins on this entity.
- The Status of the Appointment is Scheduled.
- This does not happen to other Activities such as Tasks.
