We are using the HITB report (we are on version 10). Occasionally we have had the inventory transaction posting process get interrupted just before table SEE30303 is updated. With some digging in the inventory tables, I have typically been able to find which records did not get inserted into SEE30303 and have been able to identify enough information to reconstruct and insert the missing records into SEE30303 through the back end so that the HITB report contains the complete picture.
Is there a simple automated approach to updating table SEE30303 when records are missing? Is it recommended that we run the Reset Tool each time we have such problems instead of manually inserting the missing records into SEE30303?
