I would like to know why some work orders in the schedule board is showing travel time, while others don’t have one.

These work orders are created and scheduled from their Agreements.

Please see example screenshot below showing one work order has a travel time and the other one doesn’t have.

What is the Work Location on the Agreement Booking Setup? Are there service accounts with the same Latitude and Longitude?

Abdul Wahab , I've followed the steps in the article. Some work orders that have the same service account have a travel duration, while there are also work orders with the same service account, there is no travel duration that is showing.

    Hi Kimberly Claire Mata,

It may be due to the below points. Can you please verify them:

    1. After connecting your environment to Bing Maps, make sure your resources have defined starting and ending locations. Resources must have geocoded start and end locations in order to calculate travel times and distances. See the articles on setting up bookable resources and using resource types to locate resources.
    2. Understand that only requirements that have Work Location set to Onsite, and that have specified latitude and longitude values are eligible for travel time calculations.

For more details you can read it out: Schedule with travel time and distance in Dynamics 365 Field Service | Microsoft Learn

If I answer your question then please mark it as verified.

Let me know if I can provide you with more details.

    Thanks
    Regards,
