Hello,
So our Marketing Team currently has an intern going into CRM daily to deactivate Contacts that, while they are listed as allowing Marketing Emails, could not have said emails delivered due to it being "Blocked" or "Failed". I was wondering if there was a more efficient way of searching for these individuals? Maybe creating a Custom View that can search for these entities, but I'm drawing a blank on how to find these particular fields.
Thank you so much!
Hi,
You can create a dynamic segment with behavior block to achieve it.
Here is the documentation about it.
Create segments based on interactions (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
For example, to filter out all the contacts who are blocked.
Of course, you can specify in the conditions that certain messages are blocked or that they are blocked at certain periods of time, etc.
Then save and go live it, you'll get the view you need.
