How to remove Voice Of Customer Solution from Dynamics 365 CRM Organization

Hi,

We have a Voice of Customer solution in our Dynamics 365 CRM organization and we want to uninstall it as we are not using the Voice of Customer service anymore. Kindly help me in removing the VoC Solution from organization by providing steps to be followed.

Hi partner,

Unfortunately, VOC is a default application and does not support remove.

Actually the VOC will be uninstalled by Microsoft in 2020.7.1, VOC will be deprecated and Microsoft recommend us to use Forms Pro instead.
