Do we have any specific setup to load reviews on Moderator page available on site builder tool.I'm actually trying to configure ratings and reviews so that they are available on multiple channels.

I'm able to record reviews on ecom site but they are not showing up on Moderator page.

Do we have any specific setup to load reviews on Moderator page available on site builder tool.

Also, I'm getting error on notifications saying:

Error loading moderation codes,

Error loading product reviews. Etc..

Hi, Moderation functionality in site builder has additional permissions/security group requirements. You can find that under Home > Tenant settings > Staff as RnR moderator. Let us know if this solves your issue.
