Counting subgrid records on Add or Delete of records in it using MS Flow

Hello,

I need a help regarding the following requirement.

I have to create a MS Flow which will count the number of records in the subgrid of an entity in Dynamics CRM. When we add new record in the subgrid it will increment the count and when we will remove any record then it will decrement it.

I have done it using JavaScript code but now I have a requirement to do it using MS Flow.
