I stored the SLA KPI Instance "Failure Time" in a Custom Field of Custom Entity after few days the data is getting erased.Not able to see it in audit history as well.

Hi partner,
Please check if there are any business rules, workflow or SLA items which may update the field value automatically.
I created a SLA KPI Instance for my customer entity and add no actions when SLA successed or failed, the value of the field in my entity has not changed.
If my understand is not correct, please share more information like screenshot so that we could help you in a better way.
