UCI - Unable to print activities correctly

HI, After implementation of UCI, using the browser's print function no longer works as intended. It is unable to print the text in the notes fields correctly. It cuts off the text

Has anyone encountered similar issues and has found a workaround/solution? Cheers

Hi,

Unfortunately, I have not been able to reproduce your problem. Have you tried refreshing the browser cache?

I noticed that your page layout is different from mine. Have you tried adjusting the screen resolution, aspect ratio, etc.

Hello, KRANA!

While there are still some imperfections in the new interface, you can use UDS Interface Switcher. It is designed as one button and allows you to switch between the UCI and the old legacy interface when needed.

approved by Microsoft;

easy to install

and does not impact entity records anyhow.
