    Hi partner,

If you want to find the omnichannel in add-on list, you should have paid for Customer Service Enterprise directly in the admin center web page, otherwise the omnichannel will not show in the list.

Please refer to the prerequisites befor yor deply the omnichannel.

So, we cannot demo Omnichannel to any customer?

As I tried various ways to get the Omni Channel on my trail and failed.

    Hi,

I would suggest you to raise your concern with MS Dynamics Support team, and they can assist you to provision Omnichannel Trial and Add-ons.

In other way you can explore the Omnichannel with Customer Digital Experiences (CDX) site, if you have  Partner access on CDX site, you can explore exceed customer expectations with self-service, increased agent productivity, insights and omnichannel engagement.

    Hi ashish12

There is one solution. If you are with a gold partner of Microsoft (or higher), you can utilize the partner benefit and create a D365 instance for 1 year (this comes with an SKU of 5 license). These behave as licensed tenants. You can install trial of omni-channel engagement through this.

    Hi

I'm not sure about the other responses that have been posted above, but it's absolutely possible to get Omnichannel installed for demo purposes without purchasing any licenses.

If you take a look at my blog (thecrm.ninja/.../), I go through step by step how to do this, and how to then go about configuring it once it's installed.

Let me know if you have any questions!
