IM routine error - unable to increment next document number.

Hi,

Have anybody encountered  this issue with an Integration Manager routine used for updating costs, quantity, financial account numbers.  I researched further and error is triggered by a system stored procedure called taGetIvNumber. Below is the error

Error message: Unable to increment next document number from Inventory Setup after 1000 attempts 5522 econnect error.
