Is it possible to create a workflow for approval for exchange rate every time it gets updated in FO?

Hi Kevin, I'm just wondering if it is possible to create an approval process for account manager when anyone updates a new currency rate and it will only be applied if the account manager approves it. Can it be done in workflow or this needs additional customization?

These are the only workflows available out of box for General ledger module. You'll need a customization to create an Exchange rate workflow type. You could also consider creating a workflow in the Power Platform.
