Hi, I am testing the import of bank statements for a german customer (Unicredit). The import works but I miss important information:
If this a general issue or for whatever reason the ER format cannot recognise these data provided by Unicredit? I attach image with sample data of that section.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check the explanations for Camt.053 format with the opening balance.
If you are not getting the same in your format, you might need to connect with your Bank r third party who is proving the statement.

Thanks. Now I get the opening balance when I add a section with code "OPBD". I was getting that with other code. I will check the total amount and number of lines. Should be also something similar.
I checked the total number of lines and total amount. That seems not to be imported.
Is thus issue still not resolved?
Share the peblem, please.
For the fields Net amount and Total Lines, that could be an ER issue. I have tried with standard values with no result. I briefly looked at the ER format and it seems that the total number of lines is set to 0. I leave it as solved as I can also create a modified version fo the ER format.
