How to tell which Sql instance was used in Navision 2018 for which server?

Hi ,

I was given a server with several database in it.

The Navision works on live and test environment.

However, as I have 5 database, i'm not sure which one of the databases are connected to the NAV application Live and Test.

May I ask how to tell which Sql instance was used in Navision 2018 for which database?

    Hii,

    Check it from "Microsoft Dynamic NAV Server".

    There you will see information about services. In "Database" section you will find out which database connect with same service.

    Hello Josh,

    There must be a Microsoft Dynamics XXXXX Administration installed in your system, open it and find on Database Tab, DB Name and Server name field, these two fields are enough to tell you from where your DB is connected.
