Error upon opening Retail POS

Good day. 

Hi All, 


May I seek your assistance in my error upon opening Retail POS.

This was upgraded from CU8 to CU13. The channel database is successfully upgraded but fails to open in Retail POS. 

Hoping for your help.

    Hi Muhammad,

    Yes. I already run full data sync in all jobs to the newly upgraded store database. Any inputs?

    Dear Raph,

    Please check the setup of default customer attached on store , I think some setup is missing like customer group,address ,etc....

    After making suitable changes , please sync all jobs once again and try ....
