I have created the PO from sales order, Sales order -> Direct delivery .
but in the Purchase order when i am selecting the Warehouse it shows the below error , how i can resolve this issue
Use the Inventory button to remove the marking on the order line before you update any financial dimension.
This happens because your Warehouse dimension is financially tracked.
If you want to change the warehouse on the purchase order you have to:
1 - remove the marking (in your purchase order lines--> Inventory --> Marking)
2 - Change the warehouse in your purchase order
3 - Approve or confirm your purchase order (so the sales order can see that stock)
4 - Change the warehouse in your sales order.
5 - Create the marking again in your sales order. (in you sales order lines --> Inventory --> Marking)
Its not the fastest way but since your warehouse dimension is financially tracked, its the only one.

Please help to check if your sales order is an item requirement. If you are updating the warehouse of purchase order line, please check if your warehouse dimension is financially tracked.
To address the issue, as suggested, please remove the purchase order, update warehouse of sales order and create the purchase order again. Thank you.

Hi Jaseem,
Do you have a picking list posted against the sales order? You will need to cancel that first before you can change the warehouse.
Since these orders are linked, you will need to change at both places.
