eConnect validation error code 1962 - Duplicate Timesheet entries (PATSO) found in PA30101, PA10000 and PA01901

When integrating PA Timesheets I get the following error even though I have changed the Timesheet number on my integration several times. I can see that the integration is running fine but I am getting this error in Scribe execution log

Sql procedure error codes returned:

Error Code 1962 Stored Procedure " taPATimeSheetHdrInsert" Error Description "Duplicate Timesheet Entry (PATSNO) in either the PA30101, PA10000 or PA01901 Tables"
