yes you can write some SQL stored procedure to get all the transaction by each user and store it in a separate custom entity(new_UserTransaction) and then you can design dashboard according.

Thanks. I am looking such thing for CRM on premise version.Can such thing possible to do for On premise.
For online you can't get the Audit information by view or dashboard.. rather just try organization insights solutions which gives you no of active users, no of api calls etc.
