I've set up a dynamic segment based on when a form is filled in. I have also created an email journey based on that segment. Both in Outbound and both work.
I need to test whether we should roll over to Real-time. But wanted to check the logic here - should I follow the same process? That is use the dynamic segment as the trigger for the R-T journey? Or will the journey only run through the existing contacts in the segment and not fire again when a new contact joins the segment?
Does R-T work in a different way to Outbound?
Any ideas here please.
