Someone maybe have idea what can be cause of this problem ? I will mention that actually i don't have access to the error logs so i cant see the detail of this error. I can share also setting in D365 if someone know how to deal with Adyen payments configs.

    Hi Mattew,

Was wondering if you can post the steps required for using Adyen with CPOS. I am stuck with the same problem as yours.

    Thanks

Actually I have configured the cpos with payment terminal and everything is working. So very big thank You ChadDavison and Oksana Kovaliova  for help, thanks to people like You, the world is changing for the better. Later on I will post solution for this problem here for future generations. :) My next steps are configuring Adyen terminal with MPOS on android and e-commerce shops so for sure a lot of questions will show up.

Are you able to perform HW station /ping in browser without any errors? Also you can copy here the logs from Network tools - this should show real error.

I would assume you can have certificate errors or cross-origin errors or smth else :)

So, for anyone else using store Commerce. I've spoken with Microsoft support. For Store Commerce, we believe you should have a single "dedicated" hardware station configured in your store, with the Hardware Profile left blank. The POS will then use the register configuration. So, even if you have 10 registers you only need 1 of the dedicated for this.

I've not used a cloud environment much, but I would assume the host name is incorrect. It's a network endpoint, so it would need to be the address of the IIS site. There is a step in the installer that may print out the results of a ping test that may have the full name in it.

you can test the hostname like this. Once you have that successful, everything before /Hardwarestation should be the hostname (possibly minus https:// in the ax configuration)

    https://<Computer Name>:<Port Number>/HardwareStation/ping

Thank You so much, You already helped me a lot. So I downloaded and installed Hardware Station, and settled it up on CPOS, but getting error like below on photo. You have maybe idea what can be an issue ?

Forgive me, that configuration is for Store Commerce app specifically. If you're running a Cloud Pos in a browser, you must install a hardware station on a device and configure a Hardware Station in the store. You can see a bit about that here.

Choose between Store Commerce and Cloud POS - Commerce | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

It is definitely confusing. For CPOS fairly straight forward, HWS is a must. for Store Commerce, there is more then one place that clearly states you just use the register, but it's not worked for me. Using the dedicated in that scenario has been the only way it works.

Edited to Add: One exception is the instance of a CPOS being used for curbside finalizing of an order. as described here.

    Thank You for Your response,

So if I understand correctly, I need just to assign hardware profile to store register and then in the selected store add hardware station - dedicated, nothing need to be installed ? If it is possible to know which hardware profile you used ? Because I do not fully understand the differences between them ?

RE: Problem with connecting Adyen terminal to D365 Commerce

Hi, we faced this issue as well. As far as I can tell, the documentation is a little misleading/unclear. We solved this by creating a Dedicated hardware station in the store configuration as described here in the dedicated section. It mentions this includes configuring the built-in hardware station.
    Peripherals - Commerce | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

This is talked about in the Peripherals docs, but not the Hardware Station or Adyen docs. So, we setup a dedicated station pointed at the hardware profile and turn on hardware station in the POS. This should auto pair with the dedicated station.
