Hello CS Experts,
I have a requirement to auto refresh a queue in CRM 365. Is it even possible to do since there is no OOTB functionality for this?

Could you please provide your screenshot, I'm not sure where you need to add auto refresh in the queue. queue or queue items ?

Why not just click the "Refresh" ribbon button?

Both of your solutions are unsupported behaviors, you could try adding a auto refresh button on the command bar using the Ribbon workbench.
