Good morning, Dear Colleagues!

I am researching how to show on the Dashboard Timeline only User Posts. It looks that I can only select between the posts and activities, but no further drill down.

Thank you, Ran! I am looking how to set this filter by default, so that people won't have to filter themselves.

    Hi,

When Posts are enable you will also see the Post record types on the form. Please see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/customer-service-hub-user-guide-timeline-admin#enable-these-record-types-to-be-displayed-in-the-timeline

The privilege to see Posts is set to Organization level or none. User can filter 'Users' on Timeline control but we cannot customize it further.
