Shopify connector - The application scope is changed

After updating our BC version to 24, we now get the error /The application scope is changed, please request a new access token for the store /xxxxx.myshopify.com/. Page Shopify Shops has to close.
But I can't open the Shopify Shops card to request the new access token, does anyone know how I can fix this?

I do have the option to setup the extension again from extension management, but does that delete my current setup and settings?

I have the same question (0)

Sorry this is my first time seeing this question. As you know, the Shopify connector cannot be used on On-Pre.
The upgrade to BC24 cloud has not been officially launched yet, Microsoft has not issued any notification.
About 7 hours ago, there was a partner's environment prompt that upgrade could be performed, but the upgrade failed.
I think you can wait a little longer.
PS: Resetting will generally overwrite all original settings.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

Hi, can you try to disable and enable Enabled toggle on the Shopify Shop Card of the affected shop to see if it can help.
As result you will receive the updates access token from shop.
    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards.

    Hi again!
I was able to fix the issue.
To sum it up, we use BC in the cloud, not on-premise, and we updated our instance to version 24. After the update, when we tried to open the Shopify Shops list, we got the error to refresh the access token, but if you know the Shopify connector, you know that to refresh the token, you have to access the shops list and the shop-card🙃

So, I was able to resolve the error, by going to Extension Management and find the Shopify Connector, then selected "Setup" by pressing the 3-dots. I went through the setup wizard and entered the same shop URL as the one I already have (but could not access), authenticated the connection and then I was able to access the Shopify Shops list again!😁
It creates a new "Shop" in BC, but I just disabled that one and deleted it, and then I did a manual access token refresh on the original Shop.

I hope this helps anyone that encounters the same or similar issue.

And thank to other people that replied.

    Kind regards
