Need Help in Purchase Order and Closed Purchase Order

Dear Friends,

I just made a purchase order. Total amount of items in the order list was $2000. I had to add $500 for estimated shipping figure and $500 for estimated other fee. Total was $3000 before receiving all items and commit.

Now the PO was closed. I wanted to print out the receipt but only to discover the followings:

Sub Total: $2000

Sales Tax: $0

Shipping and handling: $0

Other fees: $0

Why is the sales tax disable?

Why are not the estimated shipping figures and estimated other fees not included on the receipt? Instead of showing total as $3000 it is showing $2000

    Does your supplier charge you tax.  Most do not.  

    Did you enter actual shipping and fees when receiving?
