Cannot Publish VSCode Extensions and Previous changes are removed from Environment

When Publishing code in VSCode, the system requires i authenticate and sign in each time. Then it times out and gives the following reason.

Reason: We can't save your changes right now, because the data is being updated in a transaction done by another session.

    Having the exact error on my clients sandboxes. Any progress on solving this?

    The only way I got around this was by creating a new sandbox environment, removing the "My Company", and then just working with the evaluation Cronus company. This did the trick for me. In the previous sandbox environment I had been using, I first received this error you mentioned. Then the next day I received an error about insufficient permissions to update the TableData for Published Applications. For the Cronus company, which makes no sense. After I created a new sandbox with just the Cronus company in there I was fine.

    Hi,
    You can try a command, Clear Credential Cache or Clear Credentials, and then it will ask you the Login details but will save also those information and next time it will not ask you.
