Been trying to get CRM to work on Windows 8 tablet and iOS ipad app without much success. I can get the iphone app to work without any issues.
on the ipad the app will load, but I get a white screen that shows my default Dashboard. I don't see any menu options on the left hand send and nothing seems to load..
On my windows 8 tablet I get the We're sorry You haven't been authorized to use this app. Check with your system administrator to update your settings.
Been working with MS Support on the issue, they're last idea was to put Service Pack 1 on. That didn't help at all.
Any ideas or help is appreciated at this point.
