It appears that you have some damage to your FRx .F32 files that contain your reports. You may be able to export out your building blocks one at a time without the blank or duplicated ???? records and then import into a new .F32 file. If that does not work you can contact support and they can manually open the file and delete the bad records from the database for you.

    Thanks

    Ryan

    Hi Mohamed,

What you need to do the following:

    A. To export the Catalog, begin by going to Company | Specification Set.

    B. Select the Specification Set from which you want to export the report.

    C. Once the Specification Set has been selected, choose the Export button.

    D. In the Export Selection dialog box, click on the Catalogs and bs2-lia only. Click on the tabs for Rows, Columns, and Trees and select all for each tab.

    E. Click Export.

    F. In the Create Export File dialog box, select the Drive, Folder and File Name where you want to export the Catalog(s). The file needs to be saved with a .TDB (temporary database) extension.

    G. Click OK.

    H. To import the Catalog, begin by going to Company | Specification Set.

    I. Click on the New button to create a new Specification Set. You will need to use a different Name, but this can be renamed later after deleting the old Specification Set. Be sure the Location points to a new *.F32 called New.Frxrpts.f32. You should leave the path the same just rename the frxrpts.f32 file.

    J. Click on the Import button.

    K. In the Select Import File dialog box, select the Drive, Folder and File name where the *.TDB file was saved.

    L. Click OK.

    M. Go to Company | Information and select the company that you want to use the new Specification Set with.

Assuming that this one report was copied over repeat steps A-H for the other catalogs and building blocks that are not (blank) or all question markes to move over the building blocks one at a time (or all at a time without the bad records). That will allow you to move things over. If that still fails you will need to work with support fo fix the file.

    Thanks

    Ryan
