ReportWe have a tender key in the overlay configuration and when you select the tender key - there are buttons for Cash-Check etc. These were set up so long ago we cannot remember how the buttons were added under the Tender button. (This is the synergy overlay configuration.) When we click the Gift Cert button it goes to student card on the tender window, when we hit student card it goes to the gift certification position. We find the instructions for the button configuration seriously lacking. Will appreciate it if anyone can help me. I can be emailed at wendybj1408@yahoo.com
