I have restored a backup to our test environment, but when I try to run the utilities I get this screen. This is normal, but it has been like this since yesterday, it has not moved, not sure what to look for.

Any insight would be appreciated.

    I saw what may have been causing this, I was trying to restore a less current backup to what was initially there. I restored both the Dynamics and the Database with the same date and was able to continue.

    It is working now.
