Do we need Global Azure admin rights to support our CSP D365 Business Central Customers?

Hi,

Opened a new tenant for a Dynamics 365 BC customer. This customer has two CSP partners (one for O365, second one for BC) on one hand. On the other hand customers wants to secure our access (read limit to the D365BC environnements). Seems we need Global Admin rights to manage D365 BC Environnements. Would it be possible to have have more granularity in defining our ole so we can we achieve having access to customer D365BC tenant without having access to Azure tenant (from CSP portal)?
