Hi, i'm having an issue where i have set up a process which involves several emails and SMS messages being sent out at various times depending upon when a member of my admin team updates a customer record. I want to set up one of the emails so that whenever someone responds to the email it goes to a member of the admin team. However i cant see an option anywhere on the email template where i can add a reply too email address. Has anyone come up across this issue before when setting up processes including emails?
