    Yes,

I see you have GP 2013, if it has four user-defined fields available, then you can use any of the integration tools  I'm familiar with to import values into those fields. Specifically, you can use Integration Manager. You can even use the Import Utility so long as you aren't trying to update anything, be sure to run checklinks after the import.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

Thank you Leslie, do you happen to know if the import or integration is limited to only being able to import UDF1 & UDF2, and not UDF3 or UDF4?

    Thank you,

    Lisa

    Hi

Integration Manager has all four fields available in it for mapping.

    Cheers

    Hi,

Yes, IM has each field available. Below is the Mapping window for Integration Manager:

    Here's the Import Utility mapping:

Import utility is a little odd in that they named them differently than you might expect. Also UD 3 and 4 are 30 characters, while UD 1 and 2 are only 20 characters.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
