Error facing on Service Order

Shipping No. Series must have a value in Service Header: Document Type=Order, No.=SO00001. It cannot be zero or empty.

What is the solution. I checked the service management setup and the Sales & Receivables Setup

    Hi, if the error message is Service Header, please check the settings mentioned by gdrenteria. If it is Sales Header, please check the settings below.

    You have to re-create the Service header after You update the "Service Management Setup" the field "Posted Service Shipment Nos."

    Or afterwards import a configuration package for this Service Header table, and fill the in field Shipping No. Series and Shipping No.
