Dear all,

we have an external inbox from our web site where all incoming email are coming from, this is in a way our web input queue.
I have configure the CRM email router with our email adress as Incoming only.
The email adresse as been validated in crm and test gets succesfull.

Then in order to test if it is really working, I go on my web site and send an email from our formular. While sending it I receive it right away in outlook, but when I look at the quaue in CRM, the email is not pulled into CRM. Email has been send 1 day ago and nothing.

Any idea what is going on and if it is really working ?

Setting up like this will offer us a better managment in CRM of input email but if it is less efficient that outlook, what for then.

Thnaks for help

regards

serge

If you are using Server Side Sync, you can check the synchronization dashboard:

Maybe this has some info you can use.

Again, did you check the logs? There you can find detailed information on what's going on with email router.

RE: Email router in CRM not reliable, why !

I just make an other test. If I press the test email button again, it run the incoming email test and pull in all the mail box email.

BUT, if I send afterward an email to that mail box, I could see nothing coming in .

What is the refreshing period of the synchronisation process ?

is there a way to change this to shorter time if any ?

    regards

Did you check the logs of the email router. Here's a link how to setup the log for the email router:
